Terms and Conditions Linadoshop

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements, as well as all products and services provided by Linadoshop. All prices are stated in Euros (€) including sales tax (VAT) and any other discounts. Linadoshop is not liable for damage to a product after it has been purchased. Of course you can always contact us to find a solution for possible complaints.

Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions only apply if these have been laid down in writing by Linadoshop. These deviations then only apply to the relevant component on which they are based.

Agreement

The customer is in all cases bound by the agreement, even if it was concluded verbally or by e-mail. Linadoshop has the right not to accept orders or orders without a valid reason.

Delivery time

The delivery periods set by Linadoshop per product are determined on the basis of the data and circumstances that apply to each product. Specified deadlines can never be considered as a strict deadline. If there is a change in the data and / or circumstances, which results in a delay, the delivery date will be delayed. In the event of late delivery, Linadoshop must inform the customer of this in writing, whereby a reasonable period for delivery must be offered to it. Exceeding the delivery period imposed by Linadoshop does not entitle the customer to compensation. If the maximum delivery time of 10 working days is exceeded, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement for free. For this, the customer must send an email or letter to Linadoshop. Any payment will in that case be returned to the customer within 10 working days after the written notification.

Amendment of the Agreement

If it appears that the order is being changed or supplemented, the time of completion of the execution can be influenced. Linadoshop will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. If the change or addition to the order leads to financial consequences, Linadoshop will inform the customer about this in advance.

Cooling off period

After the customer has received the product ordered by him / her, the customer has the authority to dissolve the agreement (order) at Linadoshop within seven (7) working days after receipt of this product. The customer does not have to provide a reason for this. If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement (order), he / she must inform Linadoshop via e-mail or letter. After consultation with Linadoshop, the customer must return the product to the specified return address. The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer. Linadoshop has the right to refuse returned products or to refund only part of the amount paid if there is a suspicion that the product has been used by the customer. Returns must only be sent to the return address below.

If a product is returned that, according to Linadoshop, has been damaged due to an action of the customer, Linadoshop will inform the customer of this by e-mail. Linadoshop has the right to withhold part of the amount as compensation for the depreciation of the product as a result of damage.

Payment

The delivery is only carried out after the amount of the order has been paid.

Retention of item

All products delivered to the customer remain the property of Linadoshop until full payment of the order has been made. In the event that Linadoshop fully or partially dissolves the order, it is forced to take back the unpaid part of the delivery.

Complaint period

Complaints about the products received must be reported by the customer to Linadoshop within seven (7) days after the discovery. Linadoshop will then process the complaint as soon as possible.
