The articles must be unworn and all tags are still attached

Scarves, earrings, necklaces cannot be returned

DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED (Sale)

What should you do if you want to return or exchange your items?

Complete the return form in full and send it along with your invoice in your return shipment.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days (after we have received your package) to the account number with which the order was paid.
